Shannon Disney

PROJECT MANAGER

Shannon Disney joined the Pacific Business Group on Health in March 2010 as a Project Manager for the California Quality Collaborative (CQC). She is responsible for managing training events for medical groups, IPAs, Health plans and their partners to improve care delivery. She also serves as the CQC communications and marketing lead.

Ms. Disney came to PBGH from Kaiser Permanente, where she acted as a Project Manager and Communications Lead focusing on organizational development and training initiatives for Northern California Finance. She consulted with four Sr. Vice Presidents on how to make Finance a Great Place to Work and managed a training program where she facilitated manager and staff trainings. Prior to this, she worked for California Trout, a non-profit, planning large fundraisers and promotional events. Ms. Disney also worked in the for-profit sector as an Operations Director for Tiburon Research Group and Promotions Manager for KCBS Radio.

Ms. Disney earned a BA in Speech Communications from San Diego State University, and an MA in Speech Communications from CSU East Bay.
