Amanda comes to PBGH from Manatt Health Solutions, where she supported the work of the California Health and Human Services Agency in building the infrastructure for statewide health information exchange in California. At Partners Healthcare in Boston, she directed the system-wide quality improvement program, with responsibility for performance in publicly reported and internally developed measures of quality across the integrated delivery network. While at Partners, Amanda led the development of a website to engage the community around quality, safety, and efficiency measurement, and provide a resource for patients and consumers to partner with providers to enable high performance care delivery.

Amanda began her career in clinical informatics at New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, working on health information technology adoption projects across the city’s public emergency departments.
